Fixed written quotes; changes priced in writing before they start

How our pricing works

The short version

  • Every package is bilingual Arabic–English with genuine right-to-left layouts, not a translation plugin.
  • Prices are fixed for a defined scope. If the scope changes, we price the change in writing before any work starts.
  • The first year of hosting is included, and the domain and hosting account are in your name from day one.
  • Third-party costs — premium plugins, platform subscriptions, stock photography, ad budgets — are paid by you directly and never marked up.
  • Payment is split 50% on signing and 50% before launch; custom projects run across agreed milestones.
  • Monthly services are optional and month-to-month after an initial three months.

Why we publish our prices

Most agencies in the Gulf answer the price question with “contact us”. We understand why: every project is different, and nobody wants to quote a number that turns out wrong. But it leaves you comparing proposals blind, and it wastes a first meeting on a question that could have been answered in a minute.

So the numbers are here. Each package below is a real starting price for a clearly defined scope. If your project fits a package, that is what you pay. If it needs more — extra languages, a booking system, an integration with your ERP — we tell you exactly what the extra costs and why, in writing, before any work starts. The quote you sign is the price you pay.

Our prices sit below what most Dubai and Riyadh agencies charge for comparable work. That is not because we cut corners. We run our studio from Istanbul, on the same working hours as the Gulf (GMT+3, the same clock as Riyadh, Doha and Kuwait City, one hour behind Dubai), and our overheads are simply lower than an office in Business Bay or on King Fahd Road. You get the difference.

There is a second reason, less noble but just as true: publishing prices filters our enquiries. A business that reads AED 9,900 and gets in touch already knows roughly what this costs, and the conversation starts at what they need rather than at whether we are affordable. Agencies that hide prices spend a great deal of time on calls that were never going to become projects, and the cost of those calls ends up inside somebody’s quote.

Website and store packages

Every package includes a bilingual Arabic–English build with genuine right-to-left layouts, mobile-first design, on-page SEO setup, speed optimisation, an SSL certificate, contact forms connected to your inbox and WhatsApp, training videos, and the first year of hosting. You own the domain, the hosting account and the website from day one.

Which package fits your business

The fastest way to place yourself is by what your website has to do, not by how many pages you imagine needing.

If you fall between two rows, start with the smaller one. Every site we build is structured so pages, languages and features can be added later without rebuilding what already works — and a smaller site launched in week four earns more than a larger one still in design in week twelve.

Prices in your currency

We quote and invoice in US dollars or in your local currency, whichever suits your accounts. The table converts our starting prices at fixed rounded rates so you can budget without doing the maths.

What is included in every build

Cheap quotes are cheap because of what they leave out. To make comparison honest, here is what every package includes before we discuss anything bespoke:

What is not included, and is quoted separately when you need it: content written from scratch beyond the pages in the package, photography, a third language, custom features such as booking or member areas, and integrations with systems like a CRM or ERP.

Custom projects

Some projects do not fit a package, and pretending otherwise helps nobody. Custom work starts from $7,900 and covers things like:

For custom work we start with a short paid discovery, usually one week, where we map the features, the data and the integrations. You receive a written specification, a fixed price and a dated schedule. If you decide not to go ahead, the specification is yours to take to any developer.

Monthly services

A website is the start, not the finish. These are optional and month-to-month after an initial three months, so you are never locked in.

Care & hosting

What changes the price

Two websites with the same number of pages can cost very different amounts. These are the six things that move a quote most, so you can decide where to spend and where to save.

Number of unique page designs

Ten pages that share two layouts cost less than six pages that each need their own design. Service and location pages usually share a template; the homepage and landing pages usually do not.

Who writes the content

If you supply finished text in both languages, the build is faster and cheaper. If we write or rewrite the copy, especially native Arabic copy, that is added per page.

Languages

Arabic and English are included in every package. A third language such as Turkish, French or Russian adds roughly 25–35% depending on how much content it carries.

Features

Booking, calculators, member areas, filters and search are what turn a brochure site into a custom project. Each is priced separately so you can phase them in.

Integrations

Connecting to a CRM, an ERP, a delivery company or an accounting system is often the least visible and most time-consuming part of a build.

Catalogue size

For stores, the number of products and variants, and how clean your product data is, matters more than the design. A tidy spreadsheet saves real money.

What happens, week by week

A fixed price is only half of what you are buying. The other half is knowing when things happen and what we need from you at each step.

The step that slips most often is content. If you supply text and images in week one, the schedule holds. If content arrives in week four, the launch moves — which is why our proposals list exactly what we need from you and when.

“A quote is not a price until you know what it excludes. Compare the exclusions, not the totals.”
What we tell every client comparing proposals

What websites cost in the Gulf in 2026

If you are comparing quotes, it helps to know the ranges agencies publish locally. These are the ranges we see quoted publicly in each market this year, for a professionally built site from a registered agency rather than a freelancer:

The very cheapest offers usually mean a pre-built template with your logo added, English-only or machine-translated Arabic, and hosting you do not control. The most expensive usually mean a large team and a prestigious office. Our packages are built for the middle: a real custom design, genuine Arabic, and a price that makes sense for a growing business.

One caveat worth stating plainly: these ranges describe what agencies publish, not what every project sells for. A well-known agency in Dubai can charge three times the top of these ranges for a brand-led project, and a freelancer in any of these cities will undercut the bottom. Our packages sit deliberately in the middle, which is where most growing businesses actually belong.

Pricing questions

How much does a website cost in Dubai?

Agencies in Dubai typically quote AED 5,000–15,000 for a template-based site and AED 8,000–40,000 for a custom design. Our bilingual Starter package starts at AED 4,700 and our Business package at AED 9,900, with a fixed written quote before any work starts.

How much does a website cost in Saudi Arabia?

A company website from an agency in Riyadh or Jeddah is commonly priced between SAR 5,000 and SAR 22,000. Our packages start at SAR 4,800 for a bilingual Starter site and SAR 9,900 for a Business site. A Salla or Zid store design starts at SAR 5,500.

Are your prices fixed or hourly?

Fixed. You receive a written quote for a defined scope. If you ask for something outside that scope, we price the change in writing first and you decide whether to add it.

Is Arabic included in the price?

Yes. Every package is built in Arabic and English with proper right-to-left layouts. If you need us to write the Arabic content rather than supplying it yourself, copywriting is quoted per page.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. Prices are shown before VAT. Where VAT applies to your invoice, it is added at the rate your country requires.

Is hosting included?

The first year of hosting is included in every package. After that you can move to our Care & hosting plan from $79 a month or host anywhere you like. The hosting account and domain are always in your name.

What are the payment terms?

For packages, 50% when you sign and 50% before the site goes live. Custom projects are split across agreed milestones. We accept bank transfer and card payments, in US dollars or your local currency.

Why are you cheaper than agencies in Dubai?

Our studio is in Istanbul, on Gulf working hours, and our office and staff costs are lower than in Dubai or Riyadh. The design, the Arabic and the build quality are the same standard; the overhead is not.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No. Monthly services such as care, SEO and Google Ads management are optional. Many clients take the website only and add services later.

What is not included?

Third-party costs you choose, such as paid themes, premium plugins, platform subscriptions on Shopify, Salla or Zid, stock photography, and advertising budgets. We list any of these in your quote so nothing is hidden.

How long does a website take?

Starter sites typically take 2–4 weeks, Business sites 4–6 weeks and online stores 6–8 weeks. Custom projects get a dated schedule after discovery.

Can I start with a smaller package and grow later?

Yes, and it is often the sensible route. Every site is built so pages, languages and features can be added later without rebuilding what is already there.

Why do you publish prices when most agencies do not?

Because hiding them wastes everyone’s time. You cannot shortlist suppliers without numbers, and we would rather spend the first call on your project than on a price you could have read in advance.

Are these prices negotiable?

The scope is negotiable; the rate is not. If the budget is fixed, we reduce the scope honestly — fewer unique layouts, fewer pages, you writing the content — rather than quietly cutting testing or Arabic.

What if I only need a redesign, not a new site?

Then we audit what you have first and quote the work that is actually needed. Where pages already rank, keeping their addresses and improving them is cheaper and safer than rebuilding blindly.

Do you work with clients outside the Gulf?

Yes. Most of our work is for the Gulf and Türkiye, but the process is the same anywhere, and prices are quoted in your currency.

How do I start?

Send a page list, a deadline and any sites you like, through the contact form or WhatsApp. You will have a fixed written quote within three working days.
